“A closure to the epic saga that was long over-due.”

I give this film

There is an old saying that goes 'If they liked it once, they'll like it again'. Well I don't know if that is true, but what I do know is that this is most likely to be one of the most controversial films of the Star Wars saga. The Force is once again strong with Rey, played by Daisy Ridley. We see this with Rey being able to communicate across the vast of outer space to Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) using nothing but the Force. If you haven't seen The Force Awakens, go watch that then come back and finish this review. Because if anybody is seeing what I'm seeing it is a lose plot and just a revamped edition of each original star wars . The Force Awakens was like A New Hope and so as The Last Jedi seems much like The Empire Strikes Back. Visually you are pleased the action scenes in this movie are on point if you are trying to get your fills on laser blasters, space crafts and Jedi mind battle.

The truth is there is a lot you can say or feel about this movie on both ends. I personally gave it a 7 because while it blew me away on it's action and special effects. I couldn't help but notice Disney had to pull an old card out from George Lucas' Phantom Menace deck and introduced the Porgs. This chicken hamster creature took up too much unnecessary screen time, just to shout and capture kid's imaginations. If it wasn't for the ending this film could of died by those chicken hamsters alone.

Thankfully the writers of this fine film did us a favor and closed this saga in a way that entrails a new prospect to the Star Wars saga completely. If you remember from The Force Awakens. Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill)is old as hell. So you can see where this is going. A game of cat mouse are played as Imperial ships chase down Leia Organa Solo (Carrie Fisher).

The film ends on a good note after Luke literally mind F#%*'s Kylo Ren from another hundred thousand solar systems away. We are left with Luke disappearing and joining Yoda. Rey , Finn, (John Boyega) and their new pal Rose Tico (Kelly Marie Tran) are left to face whats left of the Kylo's reign in the Empire.
